I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this self-declaration and waiver form for participation in the tour organized by Roaming Horizons PtyLtd. I understand the nature of the activities involved in the tour and the potential risksassociated with adventure/motorcycle travel. I confirm that I am fully aware of the potentialhazards and voluntarily choose to participate in the tour under my own responsibility and at myown risk.

I acknowledge that certain unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the control of Roaming Horizons Pty Ltd, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, acts of terrorism, pandemic or epidemic outbreaks, and any other force majeure events, may impact the scheduled tour itinerary. I understand that Roaming Horizons Pty Ltd reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary, including route alterations, activity modifications, or tour rescheduling, as deemed necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. I agree to cooperate and comply with any such adjustments made by Roaming Horizons Pty Ltd and acknowledge that no refunds or compensations will be provided in the case of force majeure events affecting the tour.

I understand that the tour involves certain risks, including but not limited to those related to motorcycle riding, varying weather conditions, natural terrain, and potential encounters with wildlife. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the tour.

I have consulted with my doctor prior to leaving on this tour and I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the tour and do not have any health conditions that may be exacerbated by the activities involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the tour organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect my participation.

I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the tour organizers and local authorities throughout the duration of the tour. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in my removal from the tour without entitlement to a refund.

I hereby release Roaming Horizons Pty Ltd, its affiliates, employees, and associated partners from any liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from my participation in the tour. I agree not to hold Roaming Horizons Pty Ltd responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents during the tour.

In the event of any medical emergency during the tour, I authorize the tour organizers to arrange for necessary medical treatment and accept responsibility for any associated costs incurred.
