Day 1

28 Nov 2025 | Arrival in Guwahati

Highlights: Arrival • Motorcycle test ride • Briefing & Welcome Dinner.

Arrive at Guwahati Airport and meet our ground team.
Transfer to your hotel and settle in.
Afternoon: Introduction to your Royal Enfield bike, documentation check,and a short city test ride.
Evening: Group briefing about routes, safety protocols, permits, and support.
Enjoy a local Assamese-style welcome dinner with fellow riders.

Day 2

29 Nov 2025 | Guwahati - Shergaon via Kalaktang Road

Highlights: Scenic hill ride • Tribal village arrival • Cultural evening

Early breakfast and start your northeast ride!
Cruise through rural Assam, cross into Arunachal via Kalaktang Road - a quiet, winding hill route with pine forests and rivers.
Reach Shergaon, a Sherdukpen tribal village tucked in West Kameng.
Check-in to your homestay and relax.
Evening bonfire with cultural performance by the Sherdukpen tribe.

Day 3

30 Nov 2025 | Explore Shergaon & Chilipam Monastery

Highlights: Chilipam Monastery • Village life • Trout fish farm

After breakfast, ride to Chilipam Monastery – perched on a peaceful
hilltop with dramatic views.
Return to Shergaon and visit the Trout Fish Farm and the Shergaon Horticulture Farm (optional off-road ride.
Free time to walk through the village, interact with locals, or rest.
Evening cultural insights: Learn about the local “Senthuk” community
traditions.

Day 4

01 Dec 2025 | Shergaon - Chug Valley - Dirang via Mandala Top

Highlights : Mandala Top • 108 Stupas • Traditional Monpa cuisine

Today’s ride takes you through the scenic Mandala Top (\~10,564 ft),with panoramic views and 108 white stupas spread across the ridgeline.
Stop at Damus Traditional Kitchen in Chug Valley — enjoy homemade Monpa lunch with a view.
Descend to Dirang Valley and check-in to a cozy eco-lodge or riverside retreat.
Evening free for short walks, river views, or warm tea by the fire.

02 Dec 2025 | Dirang - Kaziranga National Park

Highlights: Mountain to plain ride - Jungle resort stay

Early start as you ride from cool highlands back into the lush green plains of Assam.

Reach Kaziranga by late afternoon and check-in to a forest lodge/resort.

Day 6

03 Dec 2025 | Kaziranga Safari & Biodiversity Park

Highlights : Jeep Safari • One-horned Rhinos • Biodiversity Park

Early morning Jeep Safari inside Kaziranga’s central or western range (7:00–11:00 AM).
Spot rhinos, wild buffalo, elephants, deer, and birds in their natural habitat.
Return for lunch and rest.
Afternoon visit to the Orchid & Biodiversity Park - an immersive space to see over 500 orchid species, medicinal plants, and local culture exhibits.

Full day dedicated to the Hornbill Festival — explore pavilions of 16+ tribes showcasing their traditional dances, food, crafts, music, and games.
Try Naga delicacies, shop for tribal crafts, and witness indigenous sports like Naga wrestling.
Evening cultural music & bonfire at the festival ground.

06 Dec 2025 | Day Trip to Khonoma & Kohima

Khonoma Green Village • WWII Cemetery • Angami traditions

Ride to Khonoma Village, India’s first green village - explore its ecoconservation history and terraced farmlands.
Stop at Kohima War Cemetery, a peaceful memorial for soldiers of WWII.
Learn about Angami tribal life, history, and architecture.
Return to Kisama for dinner and cultural interaction.

07 Dec 2025 | Kisama - Guwahati via Diphu Road

Begin your return ride to Guwahati via scenic Diphu route through forested hills and tea gardens.
Arrive at a beautiful resort near the city.
Evening: Farewell party with bonfire, music, and shared memories from the ride.

Day 11

08 Dec 2025 | Departure from Guwahati

Highlights: Departure day

Breakfast at the resort.
Airport drop-off and farewell hugs as you carry home the spirit of the Northeast.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450cc motorcycle with fuel for the entire trip as per the itinerary (Bikes will not be provided for personal use during the tour)

Personal Damages/accidental damages cost to the motorcycle is notincluded (Client has to pay for any damages that happened during the tour)

Tips for support staff at the end of the tour
Any extra cost arising due to weather condition, local disturbance, etc, theclient has to pay the cost of extra days on the spot

Valid driving license is compulsory for all riders
Hotel check in time will start after 11am only (Early check-in is subject to availability)
Any damages to the motorcycle will be completely borne by the participant on the spot to continue the further tour.
Any sort of Drugs /Alcohol during the ride is completely prohibited and Roaming Horizons will have complete right to terminate the participant from the tour without any REFUND.
After finishing the day's ride, our lead rider or mechanic will collect the bike keys from each rider, this is because to ensure the bikes are maintained properly for uninterrupted service during the tour.
Breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the inclusions in the itinerary as per the set menu from the hotels, anything ordered extra has to be borne by the participant to the hotel on the spot. Availability of non-veg food completely depends on the hotel; since we are travelling in remote places, we cannot assure the availability of non-veg food every day
All hotels mentioned in the itinerary will remain unchanged, in case if there is an issue with the hotel, we will provide similar category hotel.
Hot water is subject to availability in Sarchu, Nubra & Pangong lake or any other remote locations.
Roaming Horizons can change or revise the sequence of the day-wise program without any prior notice or information, it may be because of circumstances outside our control.
In case of any accident or damage to the bike during the tour and if the same needs to be transported in an additional pickup truck the cost has to be borne by the participants.
