Day 1
28 Nov 2025 | Arrival in Guwahati

Highlights: Arrival • Motorcycle test ride • Briefing & Welcome Dinner.

  • Arrive at Guwahati Airport and meet our ground team.
  • Transfer to your hotel and settle in.
  • Afternoon: Introduction to your Royal Enfield bike, documentation check,and a short city test ride.
  • Evening: Group briefing about routes, safety protocols, permits, and support.
  • Enjoy a local Assamese-style welcome dinner with fellow riders.

29 Nov 2025 | Guwahati - Shergaon via Kalaktang Road

Highlights: Scenic hill ride • Tribal village arrival • Cultural evening

  • Early breakfast and start your northeast ride!
  • Cruise through rural Assam, cross into Arunachal via Kalaktang Road - a quiet, winding hill route with pine forests and rivers.
  • Reach Shergaon, a Sherdukpen tribal village tucked in West Kameng.
  • Check-in to your homestay and relax.
  • Evening bonfire with cultural performance by the Sherdukpen tribe.

Day 4
01 Dec 2025 | Shergaon - Chug Valley - Dirang via Mandala Top

  • Today’s ride takes you through the scenic Mandala Top (\~10,564 ft),with panoramic views and 108 white stupas spread across the ridgeline.

  • Descend to Dirang Valley and check-in to a cozy eco-lodge or riverside retreat.

  • Arrive at a beautiful resort near the city.
  • Evening: Farewell party with bonfire, music, and shared memories from the ride.

08 Dec 2025 | Departure from Guwahati

  • Airport drop-off and farewell hugs as you carry home the spirit of the Northeast.
  • Royal Enfield Himalayan 450cc motorcycle with fuel for the entire trip as per the itinerary (Bikes will not be provided for personal use during the tour)
  • 10 Nights Accommodations (hotels & homestays)
  • Breakfast and Dinner (Set Menu meals, Starts from Dinner on Day 1 and ends with Breakfast on Day 11)
  • Dedicated Tour leader for the whole tour as per the itinerary

  • Tips for support staff at the end of the tour
  • Any extra cost arising due to weather condition, local disturbance, etc, theclient has to pay the cost of extra days on the spot
  • Valid driving license is compulsory for all riders
  • Hotel check in time will start after 11am only (Early check-in is subject to availability)
  • Any damages to the motorcycle will be completely borne by the participant on the spot to continue the further tour.
  • Any sort of Drugs /Alcohol during the ride is completely prohibited and Roaming Horizons will have complete right to terminate the participant from the tour without any REFUND.
  • After finishing the day's ride, our lead rider or mechanic will collect the bike keys from each rider, this is because to ensure the bikes are maintained properly for uninterrupted service during the tour.
  • Breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the inclusions in the itinerary as per the set menu from the hotels, anything ordered extra has to be borne by the participant to the hotel on the spot. Availability of non-veg food completely depends on the hotel; since we are travelling in remote places, we cannot assure the availability of non-veg food every day
  • All hotels mentioned in the itinerary will remain unchanged, in case if there is an issue with the hotel, we will provide similar category hotel.
  • Hot water is subject to availability in Sarchu, Nubra & Pangong lake or any other remote locations.
  • Roaming Horizons can change or revise the sequence of the day-wise program without any prior notice or information, it may be because of circumstances outside our control.
  • In case of any accident or damage to the bike during the tour and if the same needs to be transported in an additional pickup truck the cost has to be borne by the participants.
